• If the client has approved or received completed work.
• If the delay in services is due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
• If the client is dissatisfied with a service that was completed in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• For any third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, etc.) purchased on behalf of the client.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must contact Brand Ads at 9600330133 within 7 days of the issue arising. The refund request will be reviewed, and if eligible, the refund will be processed.

5. Refund Timing

Once a refund is approved, Brand Ads will process the refund within one working day. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the client.
